Our Policies Commencing 1st of June 2015
To all clients of Margheritta’s Beauty Spot. We have a new Booking Policy. Designed to protect not only my business but to keep things fair for all clients.
Please accept my salon policy at the time of booking an appointment with Margheritta’s Beauty Spot I will require a $30.00 deposit for you appointment, please note that I have allocated this booking specifically for you, cancelling at the last minute or a no show is very costly not just to the business but to another client that would of loved this appointment.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantages my business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those times slots with me. Therefore I hope that you will appreciate the introduction of my new Booking System and cancellation policy.
A $30.00 deposit is required to secure all bookings
Some clients will say they don’t have cash to pay a deposit which I do understand however we do accept eftpos, paypal & EFT
I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. I request 48 hours notice so that I can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for you next booking. However, if you don’t provide us with 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment you deposit will be forfeited.
